HappyHQ is a small, bootstrapped software company founded in Southern California. We believe that happy humans and healthy teams lead to the best outcomes, but today’s apps and tools don’t make that easy. Instead, they create silos, noise, stress, and constant interruptions, often leading to the very problems they were meant to solve.

We get it. We're founders, leaders, and former team members across startups and enterprises who struggled to stay aligned and make sense of it all. We wanted something better, so we’re building HappyHQ to help teams share, collaborate, and perform at their best without the limiting side effects.
