HappyHQ is the AI workspace for everyday work.
Here's how HappyHQ works:
You first start by teaching HappyHQ how you do your work. For example, you might start with how you create your monthly team updates. You do this by chatting with Q, who you can think of as your AI teammate. You might type, "Hey Q, can you help me to create my monthly team update?" Q will then ask you a series of questions to learn how you work. You can even upload examples of your work to help Q to get up to speed on your preferences. Q then creates a detailed spec and playbook, all in Markdown and stored locally on your machine.
Now that you've helped to train Q, it's ready to help you with your tasks. You tell Q what it is that you want to accomplish. For example, "Hey Q, can you now help me draft this month's team update?" This could be anything from help putting together a status report, an investor update, some user stories, a client proposal, or more. Q will review the spec and playbook, which explains exactly how you like your work to be completed, and then it will complete the task.
And finally, if there's any feedback along the way, you can pause Q and share what you want changed. Each time you run a task, Q doesn't start from scratch. It keeps detailed notes each time it runs. Each run is a small loop, which keeps your work focused and contained. The best part is that Q gets smarter and smarter as it goes.
